About Peptidia

The neutral peptide reference — plain-language explainers and cited deep dives on peptides, written to be read alongside your doctor, not instead of one.

What this site is

Peptidia is a free, independent reference that explains what peptides are, how they are described in the research, what is known about their safety, and their legal status. Every page is written to be neutral and educational: we report what the literature says rather than telling anyone what to take.

What this site is not

We do not sell, supply, or recommend any peptide or other substance, and nothing here is medical advice. Many peptides we describe are not approved by the FDA. Information on the site is meant to help you ask better questions of a licensed doctor or pharmacist — see our Terms of Use and the disclaimer on every page.

Editorial standards

  • Cited where possible. Claims are tied to published research, and we label the strength of the evidence rather than overstating it.
  • Neutral framing. We describe dosages reported in the literature without presenting them as a protocol to follow.
  • No commercial bias. We sell nothing and have no financial stake in any product mentioned. The site is funded by advertising; see ourPrivacy Policy.
  • Corrections welcome. Science changes and mistakes happen — tell us and we will fix them.
